They and the Bowling Green Falcons will compete for holiday cheer in the Quick Lane Bowl on Monday at Ford Field at 2:30 p.m. ET. New Mexico State should still be riding high after a win, while the Falcons will be looking to get back in the win column.

A well-balanced attack led New Mexico State over the Valparaiso Beacons every single quarter on their way to victory three weeks ago. As for Bowling Green, it looks like they got the smaller half of the wishbone at Thanksgiving dinner. QB Matt McDonald had a memorable game, but not in the way you want to be remembered: despite one touchdown, he threw three interceptions and fumbled the ball once.
