Colorado vs. Minnesota Live updates Score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAA Football game
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Colorado vs. Minnesota football game
After a two-game homestand, the Minnesota Golden Gophers will be on the road. They will take on the Colorado Buffaloes at 1 p.m. ET on Saturday at Folsom Field. The point spread is more or less neutral, so fans should expect a close contest.
Even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Minnesota beat the Miami (OH) RedHawks 31-26 last week. Among those leading the charge for the Golden Gophers was RB Treyson Potts, who rushed for two TDs and 178 yards on 34 carries. Potts had some trouble finding his footing against the Ohio State Buckeyes two weeks ago, so this was a step in the right direction.
There was early excitement for Colorado after they claimed the game's first points last week, but it was the Texas A&M Aggies who ended up claiming the real prize. Colorado fell in a 10-7 heartbreaker. Their only offensive touchdown came from RB Jarek Broussard.
Minnesota's win lifted them to 1-1 while Colorado's defeat dropped them down to 1-1. We'll find out if Minnesota can add another positive mark to their record or if Colorado can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Minnesota's step.
