The Fresno State Bulldogs will look to defend their home field on Saturday against the Boise State Broncos at 10:00 p.m. ET at Valley Children's Stadium. Fresno State will be looking to keep their eight-game home win streak (dating back to last season) alive.
Last Saturday, Fresno State beat UNLV 31-24.
Fresno State can attribute much of their success to Mikey Keene, who threw for 256 yards and four touchdowns. Fresno State also got help from Jalen Moss who showed off his sure hands for 99 receiving yards.
Meanwhile, everything went Boise State's way against Wyoming on Saturday as Boise State made off with a 32-7 victory. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Boise State had established a 22 point advantage.
Among those leading the charge was Eric McAlister, who picked up 160 receiving yards and a touchdown. The team also got some help courtesy of Maddux Madsen, who threw for 147 yards and a touchdown while completing 80% of his passes.
Fresno State's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Boise State, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.
Looking ahead, the matchup is expected to be close, with Fresno State going off as just a 3-point favorite. This contest might not be the best time to bet them against the spread since they've let bettors down the last four times they've played.
