Live scores, highlights and updates from the Oregon vs. Oregon State football game
Game Recap
The Oregon State Beavers typically have all the answers at home, but on Saturday the Oregon Ducks proved too difficult a challenge. Oregon walked away with a 38-29 win. For them, this is just revenge for the 41-38 loss they suffered against the Beavers the last time they faced one another on Nov. 27 of last year.
Oregon started the matchup off right with 24 first-half points. Oregon State countered with 3 points. Oregon was outperformed in the second half 26-14 but had enough points saved up to walk away with the win.
QB Anthony Brown continued his habit of dropping crazy stat lines, passing for two TDs and 273 yards on 29 attempts in addition to rushing for one TD and 83 yards. Near the top of the highlight reel was Brown's 50-yard TD bomb to WR Devon Williams in the first quarter. RB Travis Dye also deserves a shout-out for his two TDs.
Despite the defeat, Oregon State got a solid performance out of QB Chance Nolan, who passed for two TDs and 312 yards on 40 attempts in addition to punching in one rushing touchdown.
The Ducks' victory brought them up to 10-2. The Beavers' overall record fell to 7-5. With that, the North Division playoffs come to an end.
