Miami linebacker Juwon Young has already been suspended indefinitely and a top playmaker on offense is now part of the school's investigation.

Young was suspended as a part of the school's own investigation into potential NCAA violations involving football players and a car agency.

On Saturday, the Miami Herald and Palm Beach Post added Stacey Coley to the list of players tied to the potential violations.

The school's compliance office is reportedly investigating whether "several athletes" received impermissible benefits in the form of luxury cars from South Beach Exotic Rentals. In addition to Young, the school also looked into Al Quadin Muhammad and Jermaine Grace in the investigation, according to a Palm Beach Post report from June.

Officially, the school won't comment on any open investigation and Young's suspension is for a "violation of athletic department policy."

But unofficially, some kind of suspension seems inevitable for all of these players. According to Matt Porter of the Palm Beach Post, Miami coaches have been prepared to be without Muhammad, Grace and Coley for "1-3 games."

Porter pointed out that there was no determination yet in the investigation, but sometimes even the investigation itself will drag into the season and keep a player on the sidelined.

Stacy Coley was a highly recruited prospect coming out of Fort Lauderdale and saw the field immediately. His ability is tremendous and Coley is consistently mentioned as one of the best all-purpose talents in the ACC, but his impact as a receiver has been spotty. His potential absence here has to make Hurricanes fans hurt after seeing big numbers from the team's most recent scrimmage.
