Stanford vs. UCLA updates: Live NCAA Football game scores, results for Saturday
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Stanford vs. UCLA football game
The UCLA Bruins will head out on the road to face off against the Stanford Cardinal at 10:30 p.m. ET on Saturday at Stanford Stadium. Despite being away, UCLA is looking at a 17-point advantage in the spread.
Last Saturday, UCLA couldn't handle Oregon State and fell 36-24.
The losing side was boosted by Carson Steele, who rushed for 110 yards and a touchdown.
Meanwhile, it may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Stanford ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 46-43 win over Colorado. The win was all the more spectacular given Stanford was down 29 points with 2:57 left in the second quarter.
Stanford's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Ashton Daniels, who threw for 396 yards and four touchdowns, and Elic Ayomanor, who picked up 294 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Ayomanor's longest reception was for an incredible 97 yards. Bryce Farrell was in the mix as well, providing Stanford with two touchdowns.
The opposite results left the teams with opposite records: UCLA's victory pushed their record up to 5-2, while Stanford's defeat dropped theirs down to 2-5.
UCLA took their victory against Stanford when the teams last played back in October of 2022 by a conclusive 38-13. With UCLA ahead 21-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.
