Syracuse looked dead to rights Saturday against Northwestern, trailing 35-13 at one point. But senior quarterback Ryan Nassib pulled the Orange back, passing for 470 yards -- a school record. Nassib led Syracuse on four consecutive touchdown drives to make it interesting.

A late Wildcat touchdown, however, spoiled the party for Syracuse, as Northwestern pulled out a wild one, 42-41.

Nassib finished the day 44-of-65 for 470 yards, along with 4 touchdowns and an interception. This, it should be noted, all without leading receiver Alec Lemon, who missed the game with an injury.

Next up for the Orange will be Southern California, certainly a stiffer challenge for Nassib and company.
