Weathers (finger) is considered asymptomatic but has yet to resume a throwing program, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.

The left-hander has been out since early June with a left index finger strain. Weathers will be re-evaluated early next week, and while he's said to be feeling better, he's not expected to be cleared to throw for at least another week. He'll likely need to make a minor-league rehab start or two prior to being activated from the 15-day injured list, so a return to the Miami rotation before the end of June looks to be out of the question.
