Bader (head) is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against Washington.
Bader was removed from Tuesday's game with a head injury after crashing into the outfield wall while trying to make a catch. Although he cleared all testing following the incident, the Mets will still give the 30-year-old the night off. Tyrone Taylor will bat seventh and fill center field.
