Rosario (face) isn't starting Tuesday's game against the Mariners.
Rosario will miss a third straight game after being hit by a pitch in the face Sunday against Pittsburgh. It's unclear if he'll be available off the bench. The Rays will wrap up the Mariners' series Wednesday before having a team day off Thursday.
