Rosario (face) will start at second base and bat sixth in Wednesday's contest versus the Mariners, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Rosario will be making his first start since he was hit in the face by a pitch in Sunday's 3-1 win over the Pirates. He's filling in at the keystone for Brandon Lowe (toe), who remains out for a fourth consecutive game.
