The Rays selected Uceta's contract from Triple-A Durham on Monday, Ryan Bass of Bally Sports Sun reports.
The 26-year-old posted a 7.00 ERA but had a 21:8 K:BB over 18 relief innings at Durham this season. Uceta should work in low-leverage spots out of Tampa Bay's bullpen.
