Cave is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox.
The lefty-hitting Cave had started in right field or left field in each of the last five games -- all against right-handed pitchers -- but he'll take a seat Sunday while southpaw Garrett Crochet takes the hill. The Rockies will roll out an outfield of Nolan Jones, Brenton Doyle and Charlie Blackmon from left to right.
