Rogers signed a minor-league contract with the Rockies on Thursday.
Rogers spent the 2023 season at Triple-A Albuquerque in the Rockies organization, posting an ugly 8.02 ERA over 30 appearances (13 starts). The 29-year-old presumably will head back to Albuquerque to start 2024, where he'll provide swingman depth.
