Martin is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Diamondbacks.
Martin had previously made starts in five consecutive games at three different positions from June 16 through June 21, but his playing time has since trended downward while the Twins have had all regular members of their lineup available. He'll be on the bench for the fourth time in five contests and will likely see limited opportunities moving forward, unless an injury opens up a path to a starting role.
