Ball (illness) is not expected to play Tuesday against the Pistons, K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago reports.
Ball appears likely to miss a third straight game and was unable to practice Monday. He doesn't play in both games of back-to-back sets anyway, so he'll have an extra day to recover to potentially suit up in a rematch versus Detroit on Wednesday.
