Jokic posted 22 points (7-9 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 7-12 FT), 13 rebounds, four assists and one block across 27 minutes in Serbia's 96-85 win over South Sudan in the Paris Olympics on Saturday.
Jokic produced a near double-double with 14 points and eight boards by the end of the first half alone. The three-time NBA MVP continued to dominate the entire contest with no one for South Sudan being able to stop him in the paint, and he was able to get to the charity stripe at will. The 29-year-old averaged 18.7 points, 11.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 2.0 steals across 27.0 minutes in three group-phase matches.
