A 2013 UDFA, Jacobs spent time with the Ravens last season, but only after the team's wideout group was decimated by injuries. With Baltimore boasting superior competition this year, Jacobs is highly unlikely to win a roster spot. For the time being, he'll take the place of RB Trent Richardson, who was released in a corresponding transaction Tuesday.
