Pirates outfielder Andrew Lambo will be shut down for three weeks after he experienced a setback from his foot injury, reports the Pittsburgh Tribune.
Lambo needed an anti-inflammatory injection to deal with plantar fasciitis in his foot. He has been out since May 3.
