Orioles' Gunnar Henderson: Racks up three hits, steal in win
Henderson went 3-for-4 with an RBI, a stolen base and a run scored in Saturday's 7-4 win over the Athletics.
Henderson didn't play Friday, getting some rest for the first time since his April 4 season debut after opening the season on the shelf due to an intercostal strain. The shortstop has four multi-hit efforts over his last eight games, going 10-for-29 (.345) with two extra-base hits in that span. For the season, he's at a .266/.326/.441 slash line, eight home runs, 17 RBI, 31 runs scored and seven steals across 56 contests.

Orioles' Gunnar Henderson: Smacks eighth homer in win
Henderson went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Thursday's 4-3 win over the Mariners.
Henderson smacked his eighth homer of the season, and he's really begun to settle in following a delayed start to the year due to an intercostal strain. Over his last 30 games, the star shortstop is batting a .279 (34-for-122) with five long balls, five doubles, 11 RBI, and 18 runs scored. Henderson entered Thursday with a top-notch 55.3 percent hard-hit rate, so perhaps he even has some room for improvement in the power department.

Orioles' Gunnar Henderson: Delivering strong month of May
Henderson went 1-for-2 with two walks, two runs scored and a stolen base in Sunday's 5-1 win over Boston.
It was Henderson's first time drawing multiple walks since April 19, and he's now posted at least one hit in seven of his last nine outings. Over 89 at-bats in the month of May, the All-Star shortstop is batting a strong .303 with four home runs, four doubles, nine RBI, 15 runs scored and three stolen bases. Although the lefty-hitting Henderson has a weak .422 OPS versus left-handed pitching this season, he's crushed righties to the tune of a .981 OPS so far.

Orioles' Gunnar Henderson: Smacks first homer of 2025
Henderson went 2-for-4 with a double and a solo home run in Thursday's 6-2 win over the Guardians.
Henderson got the Orioles on the board with a solo home run off Tanner Bibee in the first inning. Thursday marked Henderson's first homer of 2025 and could be a sign that the 23-year-old shortstop is fully past the right intercostal strain that forced him to begin the season on the 10-day injured list. After going 4-for-29 in his first seven games of the year, he has three multi-hit performances with three extra-base hits in his past four contests.
