ILB Stewart Bradley signed a five-year, $30 million free-agent deal last season but never cracked the starting lineup. Veteran Paris Lenon (34) outplayed him (93 tackles) and also gave the Cards' young defense a steadying presence that Bradley could not, both because of his age (28) and because he lacked familiarity with the personnel. "It’s not the role I wanted to be in and that’s not the role I want this year either," Bradley said.
