The Cards agreed to terms with free-agent CB William Gay on a two-year deal Sunday. Gay (5-10, 190) spent the past four seasons with the Steelers. Gay has 37 career starts and started 15 of 16 games last season, making 56 tackles (45 solos) with two INTs. His addition helps ease the loss of free-agent CB Richard Marshall to Miami.
