The Dallas Cowboys will head out on the road to face off against the Carolina Panthers at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday at Bank of America Stadium. The Panthers took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on the Cowboys, who come in off a win.

Dallas put the finishing touches on their fifth blowout victory of the season on Sunday. They claimed a resounding 49-17 victory over the Giants at home. Dallas was heavily favored coming into this match, and the results showcase why.

It was another big night for Dak Prescott, who threw for 404 yards and four touchdowns while completing 74.3% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Prescott hasn't dropped below 300 passing yards for three straight games. Rico Dowdle brought some help for the Cowboys off the bench as he rushed for 79 yards and a touchdown.

Meanwhile, Carolina scored first but ultimately less than Chicago in their matchup on Thursday. They fell just short of the Bears by a score of 16-13. Carolina has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dallas' victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 35.6 points per game. As for Carolina, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.

The Panthers must know they're fighting an uphill battle given the 10.5-point spread they're up against. This contest will be their tenth straight as the underdogs (so far over this stretch they are 2-6-1 against the spread).
