RB Mikel Leshoure pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana in a Berrien County, Mich., court Friday. He was originally charged with possession of marijuana, second offense, during a March 12 incident. Leshoure entered into a plea bargain that reduced the charge. He was sentenced to a $575 fine and court costs. Leshoure was given no jail time, principally because the court agreed that the NFL drug testing program Leshoure will now undergo is more stringent than the program Michigan courts can mandate.
