Now that Manning is on his way to Arizona, perhaps Wayne is wondering how he'd look lining up across from Fitzgerald. (US Presswire)
While Peyton Manning has caused panic among Dolphins and Cardinals fans -- as well as Tim Tebow -- by staying much of his Saturday in Denver, a longer visit than some of us would have thought, it sounds like he’s ready to fuel up the jet and head to his next destination.

After spending Friday and most of Saturday with Broncos officials, Fox Sports’ Jay Glazer is reporting that Manning will fly to Arizona to meet with coach Ken Whisenhunt on Saturday night.

So, how did things go in the meeting between Manning and the Broncos? According to the Denver Post's Mike Klis, the interviews went smoothly. "Bronco source characterizes Peyton Manning visit as productive," Klis wrote. "Team is hopeful and encouraged by time spent with him."

And while some in Denver would do whatever it took to keep Manning’s plane from taking off, Glazer writes not to worry about it. “Don't read into him leaving Denver without a deal. He never wanted to just take one visit & sign. Cards up next. Still gonna b fast process.”

Now, though, it’s Kevin Kolb’s turn on the clock to be worried about losing his job to Manning.
