The Saints' list of inactives for Week 8 against the Bills includes defensive back Rod Sweeting (hip), defensive lineman Tyrunn Walker (knee), quarterback Ryan Griffin, offensive lineman Terron Armstead and running back Travaris Cadet. Griffin, Armstead and Cadet are all healthy scratches.
