WR Vincent Brown, the team's third-round pick in 2011, has caught every ball thrown his way through the first three days of OTAs. Brown is primarily working with the second team, but he has the potential to develop into a starter and will be a great insurance policy if either WRs Malcom Floyd or Robert Meachem gets injured. Brown was late to develop last season because he suffered a hamstring injury in training camp.
