Van Noy (orbital) is active for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site reports.
Van Noy fractured his orbital bone during the season opener against the Chiefs but returned to practice Friday. The veteran only had one tackle on 18 snaps before exiting that Week 1 game, but he played a big role in Baltimore's defensive success a season ago, recording 9.0 sacks, four passes defensed and two forced fumbles in 14 regular-season games.
