Browns' Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah: Inks new deal
Owusu-Koramoah signed a three-year, $39 million contract extension with the Browns on Wednesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Owusu-Koramoah's deal includes $25 million in guaranteed money and could keep the Pro Bowl linebacker in Cleveland for four more seasons. The 24-year-old had a breakout campaign in 2023, his third NFL season, crossing the century mark with 101 combined tackles, 3.5 sacks, six passes defended and two interceptions.

Owusu-Koramoah recorded nine tackles, including four for a loss, in last Saturday's 45-14 wild-card playoff loss to Houston.
Owusu-Koramoah's third NFL season was his best, as he responded to new defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz. The linebacker led the Browns in tackles (101) during the regular season, including a team-high 20 for a loss and 3.5 sacks. Coming off an impressive season, Owusu-Koramoah enters the final year of a four-year rookie deal and will be the face of the linebacking corps.

Owusu-Koramoah tallied 11 tackles (seven solo), including two for loss, against the Jets in a 37-20 win on Thursday Night Football.
Owusu-Koramoah ranked second on Cleveland in stops in the victory, recording his second double-digit tackle performance of the campaign. The third-year pro played all but two of the Browns' defensive snaps in the contest, and he hasn't missed a game this season. Owusu-Koramoah has tallied a career-best 101 tackles (72 solo), including 3.5 sacks, along with two interceptions and a forced fumble on the campaign.

Browns' Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah: Notches interception in Week 16 win
Owusu-Koramoah registered six tackles (five solo) and an interception against Houston in Sunday's 36-22 victory.
Owusu-Koramoah tied for second on Cleveland in stops in the win, and he's now tallied at least six tackles in seven straight contests. He also shut down a Houston drive near the end of the second half with a pickoff of a Case Keenum pass intended for tight end Dalton Schultz. It was the second interception of Owusu-Koramoah's career -- the other came last week versus Chicago.

Browns' Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah: Makes fourth-quarter plays
Owusu-Koramoah recorded six tackles (all solo), including a sack and an additional tackle for loss, and one interception along with an additional pass defensed in Sunday's 20-17 win over Chicago in Week 15.
Owusu-Koramoah came up big on successive plays in the fourth quarter that enabled Cleveland to tie the game. He sacked Justin Fields for an 11-yard loss then took down Roschon Johnson in open space to prevent a first down and forced Chicago to punt. Six plays later, Joe Flacco connected with Amari Cooper for a 51-yard touchdown. The Notre Dame grad has earned more playing time over the course of the season. Through the first 10 games, Owusu-Koramoah averaged 38 snaps per game, but he's up to 62 per game over the last four weeks. Owusu-Koramoah leads the team with 84 tackles and has a career-high 3.5 sacks.

Owusu-Koramoah recorded 12 tackles (seven solo), including a sack and an additional tackle for loss, and a forced fumble in Sunday's 29-12 loss to the Broncos in Week 12.
Owusu-Koramoah led the Browns' defense on a day in which it was not as formidable as it had been for much of the season. The third-year linebacker upped his sack count to 2.5 and ranks second on the team with 64 tackles.
