Innala was summoned from AHL Colorado on Monday.
Innala hasn't earned a point in 10 NHL outings this season while posting three shots on goal, four blocked shots and 14 hits. The 26-year-old Innala could occupy a bottom-six role versus the Rangers on Tuesday if Valeri Nichushkin (lower body) and Ivan Ivan (upper body) remain unavailable.
