Colts' Scott Tolzien: Confirmed as Week 1 starter

Colts general manager Chris Ballard confirmed that Tolzien will start Sunday's regular-season opener against the Rams, Zak Keefer of The Indianapolis Star reports.

With Andrew Luck (shoulder) still not practicing and Jacoby Brissett just acquired over the weekend, there wasn't much doubt Tolzien would get the Week 1 start in Los Angeles. The Colts might consider moving to Brissett for Week 2 if Tolzien struggles in the opener and Luck still isn't ready.
