Texans' Kevin Pierre-Louis: Shifts to reserve/COVID-19 list

Pierre-Louis was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Friday after testing positive for the virus.

Pierre-Louis is in danger of being sidelined for the second time in the last four games, as he's unlikely to clear the NFL's COVID-19 return-to-play protocol in advance of Sunday's contest against San Francisco. He's played primarily on special teams this season, so his absence likely wouldn't have a significant effect on Houston's defense.
