Warriors' Draymond Green: Steps up defensively
Green logged four points (2-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt), six rebounds, three assists, one block and three steals over 36 minutes during Sunday's 95-85 win over Houston in Game 1 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
Green couldn't generate much on offense, but stepped up big time on the defensive end. During the regular season, Green appeared in 70 games with averages of 8.9 points, 6.1 rebounds, 5.7 assists, 1.5 steals, 1.0 blocks and 1.1 three-pointers.

Warriors' Draymond Green: Double-digit dimes in Play-In win
Green posted four points (1-5 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, 10 assists, one block and three steals in 31 minutes before fouling out of Tuesday's 121-116 Play-In Game win over the Grizzlies.
With Jimmy Butler and Stephen Curry combining for 75 points, Green was able to concentrate on his supporting duties as he led the Warriors in assists and tied Butler for the team led in steals on the night. It's the first time the veteran center had supplied double-digit dimes since he recorded a triple-double April 1, in a game that was also against Memphis. Green might need to be more disciplined when the playoffs proper begin, and Golden State takes on a young and hungry Houston squad in the first round.

Warriors' Draymond Green: Goes to locker room
Green went to the locker room during the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Clippers due to a neck issue, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
Green appeared to injure his neck after diving for a loose ball that went out of bounds. He was replaced by Kevon Looney at the 6:22 mark, and Green went to the locker room after a quick conversation with trainers. Looney and Jonathan Kuminga would likely see an uptick in playing time if Green is unable to return to Sunday's contest.

Warriors' Draymond Green: Quickly returns Sunday
Green (neck) checked back in at the 1:30 mark of the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Clippers, Danny Emerman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Green briefly went to the locker room after appearing to tweak his neck while diving for a loose ball. The injury doesn't appear to be serious as he was able to return to the floor after just 10 minutes in the locker room.

Warriors' Draymond Green: Fills up stat sheet in loss
Green logged 13 points (4-7 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), nine rebounds, eight assists, one block and two steals in 33 minutes during Wednesday's 114-111 loss to the Spurs.
Green came tantalizingly close to a triple-double during the shocking loss, and his clutch free throws in the final seconds gave the Warriors a chance to take it to overtime. Harrison Barnes thwarted that wish, and the result is a potential drop into the play-in tournament. Luckily for the Warriors, the hot-headed Green has managed to stay out of trouble and will be a full participant as the team makes a final push to improve their postseason outlook.

Warriors' Draymond Green: Invisible in loss
Green ended with two points (1-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt), three rebounds and four assists across 27 minutes during Sunday's 106-96 loss to the Rockets.
This was one of Green's worst performances of the season. He's been struggling for a while, hitting 39.6 percent from the field over his last seven games with 7.6 points, 6.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 0.9 steals and 0.6 blocks in 27.8 minutes per contest. With the Warriors jostling for playoff seeding, they may not have the luxury of resting Green much in the final four games of the regular season.

Warriors' Draymond Green: Posts triple-double
Green accumulated 13 points (4-12 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 10 rebounds, 12 assists, one block and two steals across 33 minutes during Tuesday's 134-125 win over Memphis.
Green didn't have a good shooting performance and needed 12 shots to score 13 points, mainly due to his struggles from the three-point line. However, the veteran forward found a way to make his presence felt in other areas and finished with his second triple-double of the campaign. Green, who was recently named the Defensive Player of the month in the Western Conference for the games played in March, is averaging 10.6 points, 6.2 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 1.9 steals and 1.4 blocks per contest over his last 10 contests.

Warriors' Draymond Green: Fills stat sheet Friday
Green chipped in six points (2-6 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, six assists, one block and two steals across 25 minutes before fouling out of Friday's 111-95 victory over the Pelicans.
The Warriors cruised to an easy win Friday on the heels of the performances from Stephen Curry and Jimmy Butler, but the Warriors wouldn't be where they are right now in the standings if it weren't for Green's contributions. His numbers don't jump off the page, but the veteran has been putting up excellent figures across the board, sometimes as a scorer but more often than not as a defender and playmaker. Green has been averaging 9.9 points, 6.9 rebounds, 5.9 assists, 1.9 steals and 1.0 blocks per game since the beginning of March.

Warriors' Draymond Green: Strikes for 21 against Raptors
Green contributed 21 points (7-18 FG, 5-14 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds, five assists and four steals over 31 minutes during Thursday's 117-114 win over Toronto.
It's the second time in the last five games that Green has topped 20 points, although he scored just 22 points total in the other three contests. The veteran center's biggest impact continues to come at the defensive end of the court -- he's recorded multiple steals or blocks, or both, in three straight games, and through 11 appearances in March, he's averaging 11.5 points, 7.3 boards, 6.2 assists, 2.0 steals, 1.4 threes and 1.1 blocks.
