Young notched 17 points (5-10 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 4-7 FT) and six assists across 21 minutes in Tuesday's 131-130 preseason win over the Pacers.
Young finished as Atlanta's third-highest scorer in this game, and that was probably a positive sign for the franchise's long-term outlook since the only two players who ended with more points were Zaccharie Risacher and Jalen Johnson. Young will aim to continue his ramp-up in the team's final three preseason contests before the regular-season opener against the Nets on Oct. 23.
