    Little was waived by the Heat on Saturday. After spending his first four seasons in Portland, Little took a step back during his time in Phoenix last season. The wing averaged just 3.4 points, 1.7 rebounds and 0.5 assists across 10.2 minutes per game. He was unable to make enough of an impression to land on Miami's final roster, so the sixth-year pro will have to look for a new opportunity.

    The Suns waived Little on Wednesday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports. Little signed a four-year, $28 million extension with the Trail Blazers in October of 2022 and was traded to the Suns in September of 2023. He made only 45 regular-season appearances (two starts) for Phoenix last season, averaging 3.4 points and 1.7 rebounds in 10.2 minutes.
