Eason racked up 16 points (5-15 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 12 rebounds, one assist and three steals in 25 minutes during Tuesday's 120-111 loss to the Kings.
Tuesday marked Eason's second double-double of the season, which he achieved in only 25 minutes of court time. His was an almost exact swap for Dillon Brooks for most of the game, although the two played together in the fourth quarter when Eason was on the court for 10 of 12 minutes. He also did the bulk of his damage in the final stanza, posting nine points and eight rebounds.

Eason was extremely active on defense, as is usually the case, which led to a career-high six swipes Wednesday. He was also efficient offensively despite forcing some tough looks. After seeing fewer than 20 minutes in four of his first five appearances this season, Eason's role has increased. In November, he's averaging 13.2 points, 7.6 rebounds, 2.4 steals and 1.4 blocks in 25.5 minutes per contest.

With the Rockets running away with this game early, there was a lot of garbage time and that didn't help Eason with Houston going deep into their bench. Despite this muted performance, Eason has been solid in November with averages of 13.9 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.3 blocks and 1.8 steals.

Eason is questionable to play Wednesday against the Spurs due to an illness after posting seven points (3-7 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, an assist and a block over 25 minutes in Monday's 109-97 victory over the Knicks.
After two back-to-back games with at least 15 points and at least 10 field-goal attempts (the most recent being a 27-point explosion), Eason was not able to maintain his production Monday as he put up a more modest stat line. Despite this, his 25 minutes were his second most in a game this season, which is an encouraging sign moving forward. Through seven games, Eason is averaging 10.9 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.9 steals and 1.0 blocks in 21.1 minutes. If he is unable to suit up against San Antonio, Cam Whitmore, Jeff Green and Amen Thompson are candidates to receive increased playing time.
