Broncos sign DL Sione Fua, waive P Karl Schmitz

The Broncos signed defensive lineman Sione Fua on Thursday and waived punter Karl Schmitz, per the Denver Post. 

Fua, who played for the Broncos in 2013, spent last season with the Browns, where he played in 11 games, registering 12 total tackles.
