This sure looks like a block in the back. (FOX)

With the 49ers leading 23-7 early in the fourth quarter, the Packers' Randall Cobb took an Andy Lee punt 75 yards to the house. A two-point conversation later and Green Bay trailed 23-15. But here's the thing: there was an obvious penalty on Cobb's return. Rookie fifth-rounder Terrell Manning can be seen shoving a 49ers player in the back (see above). The officials originally threw a flag on the play only to pick it up for reasons that remain unknown.

Understandably, San Francisco coach Jim Harbaugh wasn't pleased.

(Actually, that was Harbaugh from earlier in the game but we're guessing he was just as frustrated on the Cobb TD.)

The ball never lies, however. On the Packers' next series, quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw an interception. One play later and Frank Gore scored to give San Francisco a 30-15 lead. You can follow the final minutes of the game here.
