Bills' Joshua Palmer: Set to practice fully Wednesday
Palmer (knee/ankle) is in line to practice fully Wednesday, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.
Palmer last saw game action in Week 6, but his looming return to full participation puts him on the right track ahead of Sunday's game against the Buccaneers. If he is indeed able to return this weekend, Palmer would bolster a Buffalo passing attack that may be without TE Dalton Kincaid (hamstring), who won't practice Wednesday. Meanwhile, fellow WR Khalil Shakir is managing a rib issue that will limit him to begin the week.

Bills' Joshua Palmer: Inactive versus Miami
Palmer (knee/ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.
Palmer, who last saw game action in Week 6, was a limited practice participant this week before being deemed questionable for Sunday's contest. In his continued absence, Tyrell Shavers, Curtis Samuel and Elijah Moore are next in line for Buffalo's WR snaps behind Keon Coleman and Khalil Shakir. Palmer will target a potential return to action Nov. 16 against the Buccaneers.

Bills' Joshua Palmer: Questionable to face Dolphins
Palmer (knee/ankle) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, head coach Sean McDermott said Friday, Bills radio broadcaster Chris Brown reports.
Palmer was limited in practice both Wednesday and Thursday, and it doesn't sound like that will change Friday. If he gains clearance to suit up Sunday, it would be Palmer's first game action since Week 6.

Bills' Joshua Palmer: Remains limited Thursday
Palmer (knee/ankle) remained a limited participant at Thursday's practice.
Palmer has put together consecutive limited practices as he looks to take the field for the first since Week 6 in Sunday's game against the Dolphins. He has 14 catches for 234 yards in six appearances this season and is still searching for his first touchdown as a member of the Bills.

Bills' Joshua Palmer: Remains limited at practice
Palmer (knee/ankle) will be limited at practice Wednesday, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.
Palmer, who last suited up in Week 6, was also limited this past Thursday and Friday, with the wideout now having two more chances to upgrade his participation level ahead of Sunday's game against the Dolphins. If Palmer ends up limited or remains sidelined this weekend, Tyrell Shavers, Curtis Samuel and Elijah Moore would be next in line for WR snaps behind Keon Coleman and Khalil Shakir.

Bills' Joshua Palmer: Not playing Sunday
Coach Sean McDermott noted Friday that Palmer (knee/ankle) won't play Sunday against the Chiefs, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.
Though Palmer was deemed a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com noted that the wideout was "moving at very light speed" during the session. With Palmer set to miss his second straight game, Elijah Moore, Tyrell Shavers and Curtis Samuel are next in line for the Bills' WR snaps behind starters Keon Coleman and Khalil Shakir.

Bills' Joshua Palmer: Officially limited Thursday
Palmer (knee/ankle) was listed as a limited participant at Thursday's practice.
Palmer's limited participation tracks with an earlier report from Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com that the wide receiver was "moving at very light speed." Palmer last suited up in Week 6 against the Falcons, and it sounds like he'll have to make some additional progress in order to play Sunday against the Chiefs.

Bills' Joshua Palmer: Takes part in practice Thursday
Palmer (knee/ankle) took part in practice Thursday, though he was "moving at very light speed," Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.
Palmer hurt his ankle in a Monday night game versus Atlanta on Oct. 13. The Bills were on bye the following week, but Palmer didn't practice at all in the week that followed and missed this past Sunday's win over Carolina. It sounds like Palmer is doing better since he was able to do some work Thursday, but Getzenberg's depiction of his movement suggests that the wideout could find it challenging to be ready for Sunday's clash against Kansas City.

Bills' Joshua Palmer: Still not practicing
Palmer (knee/ankle) won't practice Wednesday, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.
Palmer, who hasn't practiced since exiting an Oct. 13 loss to the Falcons, has two more chances to get some work in before the Bills assign injury designations ahead of Sunday's game against the Chiefs. If Palmer remains out this weekend, Elijah Moore and Tyrell Shavers would continue to see added snaps alongside fellow WRs Keon Coleman and Khalil Shakir.

Bills' Joshua Palmer: Ruled out for Sunday
Coach Sean McDermott said Friday that Palmer (knee/ankle) won't play Sunday against the Panthers, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.
With Palmer unavailable, look for Keon Coleman and Khalil Shakir to lead the Bills' Week 8 WR corps, while Curtis Samuel, Tyrell Shavers and Elijah Moore will be available to mix in. Palmer's next chance to see game action will arrive Sunday, Nov. 2 against the Chiefs.

Bills' Joshua Palmer: Sits out practice again
Palmer (knee, ankle) did not practice Thursday.
Palmer, who has yet to practice in any capacity since sustaining an ankle injury during Buffalo's loss to the Falcons in Week 6, is also managing a knee issue. For any chance of being cleared to play Sunday on the road against Carolina, he'll almost certainly need to get back on the practice field as at least a limited participant Friday. Curtis Samuel (ribs), who has been limited in practice, will stand to handle an expanded role on offense if Palmer misses time.

Bills' Joshua Palmer: Won't practice Wednesday
Bills coach Sean McDermott said Palmer (knee, ankle) will not practice Wednesday, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.
Palmer's absence from practice is no surprise, given that he's been labeled week-to-week after suffering an ankle injury that forced him out of Buffalo's loss to the Falcons in Week 6 early. The veteran wideout has a chance to suit up Sunday against the Panthers if he's able to resume practicing on at least a limited basis Thursday and/or Friday.

Bills' Joshua Palmer: Labeled week-to-week
Bills head coach Sean McDermott said Tuesday that Palmer (ankle) is viewed as week-to-week, Alec White of the team's official site reports.
Palmer was forced out of the first half of Monday's 24-14 loss to the Falcons with an ankle injury, finishing the night with two receptions for 60 yards. Though Palmer may have been hard-pressed to make it back to the field if the Bills played on Sunday this week, he'll benefit from Buffalo being on bye for Week 7. The wideout will still need to resume practicing in some fashion during Week 8 to have a chance at playing in the Bills' next game Oct. 26 versus the Panthers.
