Bills' Khalil Shakir: Another six catches in AFCCG loss
Shakir caught six of seven targets for 46 yards in Sunday's 32-29 loss to the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game.
Shakir had six catches in each of Buffalo's three playoff games after leading the team in targets (100), catches (76) and receiving yards (821) during the regular season. The sure-handed receiver can reliably move the chains and do damage after the catch, but Shakir hasn't been much of a red-zone threat so far, with just seven touchdowns through 46 regular-season NFL games. The 2022 fifth-round draft pick will be back in Buffalo for the final year of his rookie deal in 2025.

Bills' Khalil Shakir: Six catches help team reach AFCCG
Shakir caught six of seven targets for 67 yards in Sunday's 27-25 AFC divisional-round win over the Ravens.
Shakir was easily Josh Allen's favorite target, as no teammate had more than 15 receiving yards or three targets. After leading the Bills in catches (76), receiving yards (821) and targets (100) in the regular season, Shakir has been the team's leading pass catcher in the playoffs with 12 catches for 128 yards on 13 targets in two postseason games. Shakir should continue to play a pivotal role in Buffalo's passing game against the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game.

Bills' Khalil Shakir: Leads Buffalo with six grabs Sunday
Shakir caught all six of his targets for 61 yards in Sunday's 31-7 wild-card round win over the Broncos.
While the third-year wideout led the Bills in receptions, Curtis Samuel wound up leading the team in receiving yards thanks to a 55-yard catch-and-run for a TD in the fourth quarter. Shakir didn't need to contribute much in a game the Bills dominated, but he was Josh Allen's top target during the regular season with a 76-821-4 line on 100 targets over 15 appearances. With a much tougher Baltimore squad headed to Buffalo for the divisional round, Shakir might need to step up and make a bigger impact.
