Wills (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Commanders, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Wills upgraded from a DNP on Wednesday to limited practices both Thursday and Friday, so it appears he could be trending toward playing in Week 5. The 2020 first-round pick has appeared in just one game this year after sustaining a season-ending knee injury in 2023, and if he's unable to suit up Sunday, expect Dawand Jones or Germain Ifedi to serve as the Browns' top left tackle.

Browns' Jedrick Wills: Ruled out for Week 4
Wills (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game versus Las Vegas, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Wills, the Browns' left tackle, missed the first two games of the season with a knee injury, returned for Week 3 against the Giants, and played 40 snaps before getting hurt again. He underwent an MRI this week, but the results of it aren't yet known. Cleveland's offensive line has been totally decimated by injuries. After Wills went out last week, star LG Joel Bitonio (knee) kicked over to left tackle due to No. 3 tackle James Hudson (shoulder) already being hurt. Veteran tackle Jack Conklin (shoulder) has also been ruled out for Week 4. The Browns were forced to sign veteran Germain Ifedi this week.

Browns' Jedrick Wills: Set for MRI
Wills will undergo an MRI after suffering a knee injury in Sunday's 21-15 loss to the Giants, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Wills missed the first two weeks of the season with a knee injury and possibly aggravated it Sunday in his season debut. However, it's not clear if the two are related. The Browns continue to be decimated by injuries, especially to their offensive line, as they also lost Wyatt Teller (knee) and James Hudson (shoulder) during the game, while Jack Conklin (knee) remains out. Wills (knee) is listed as questionable but is expected to play in Sunday's game against the Giants, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Wills has been working his way back from the MCL sprain that ended his 2023 season early and kept him out of the first two contests of the current campaign. If he's able to suit up Sunday as expected, his addition would be a major boost to a Browns offensive line that has allowed eight sacks through two weeks.
