Goedeke managed to practice for the first time since suffering a foot injury in September. The 26-year-old was designated to return from injured reserve earlier in the week, and the team has until Nov. 24 to officially activate him. Once healthy, Goedeke should return to his role as the Buccaneers' starting right tackle.

Goedeke's absence at right tackle has been felt by Tampa Bay, especially with right guard Cody Mauch (knee) having been lost for the year, so it would be a notable boost if the former is able to return at some point during the 2025 campaign. Buccaneers' Luke Goedeke: Placed on injured reserve
The Bucs placed Goedeke (foot) on injured reserve Thursday.
Both Goedeke and RG Cody Mauch (knee) were placed on injured reserve Thursday, knocking out the right side of Tampa Bay's offensive line. While Mauch is expected to miss the rest of the season, Goedeke is not, though he will be required to miss a minimum of the next four games.

Goedeke was walking on crutches after suffering a foot injury in Week 2 at Houston, so it's not totally surprising he wasn't on the practice field to start Tampa Bay's new week of preparation. Goedeke is believed to have avoided a major injury, but he's expected to miss time after aggravating his foot injury in Monday night's win over the Texans, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
The Bucs' right tackle, Goedeke played 12 offensive snaps in Monday night's win before he went to the locker room. Charlie Heck replaced Goedeke on the offensive line. With the Bucs already missing star LT Tristan Wirfs (knee), Tampa Bay can't afford any further injuries up front.
