Walker caught on with the Jaguars as an undrafted rookie last year, starting off on the practice squad before getting promoted to the active roster in early November. He ended up playing in seven games, taking 18 kick returns for 411 yards (22.8 average), three punt returns for 13 yards and two catches for 15 yards. Walker (hamstring) will have an uphill battle to make Jacksonville's Week 1 roster coming out of training camp, John Oehser of the Jaguars' official site reports.
The 23-year-old appeared in seven games as an undrafted rookie in 2019 last year and provided most of his value as a kick returner with 18 runbacks for 411 yards. The Jags return their top-four wideouts from 2019 and added Laviska Shenault and Collin Johnson via the draft, so Walker may realistically be competing for a spot on the practice squad.
