Norwood left Thursday's tilt due to a hip injury and he will not return, Bryan Strickland of CarolinaPanthers.com reports.
It's unclear how severe Norwood's injury is but it isn't a good sign for the young wideout. In a battle for the final receiver slot on the Panther's roster, Norwood's chances won't be helped at all by him missing time in the beginning of the year due to injury.
