Cowboys' Eric Kendricks: Gets day off
Kendricks (rest) did not practice Wednesday, Joe Hoyt of AllDLLS.com reports.
Kendricks was dealing with a back injury late in training camp and exited Sunday's win over the Browns due to dehydration. It's unclear if either issue is the source of his rest day, but either way, the veteran linebacker will get the day off. He should have no issues suiting up in Week 2 against the Saints.
