Key was listed as a DNP on Wednesday's practice report due to a back injury, but it doesn't appear to be a lingering issue as he was listed as a full participant for Thursday's session. In the seven regular-season games since the Titans' Week 5 bye, Key has logged 20 tackles (15 solo), including 5.0 sacks, and two forced fumbles.

Titans' Arden Key: Logs DNP on Wednesday
Key didn't practice Wednesday due to a back injury, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Key appears to have picked up this back injury in the Titans' Week 12 win over the Texans despite playing 83 percent of the team's defensive snaps and recording two total tackles. The veteran pass rusher almost certainly needs to upgrade to at least limited practice participation Thursday or Friday in order to suit up for Sunday's contest in Washington.

Key finished Sunday's 23-13 loss to Minnesota with five solo tackles, including 1.0 sacks.
Key and Kenneth Murray were the only two Titans to sack Sam Darnold on Sunday, with Key's taking place midway through the fourth quarter for an eight-yard loss. Key is 1.5 sacks shy from matching his career best with the 49ers in 2022. Through 10 regular-season games, Key has logged 26 tackles (20 solo), including 5.0 sacks, one pass defense, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.

Key was held out of Wednesday's practice due to a back injury, but that doesn't appear to be an issue as he was able to participate in Thursday's session without restrictions. Key has logged 4.0 sacks through nine regular-season games, which is second most on the Titans behind Harold Landry (5.0).

Key logged two solo tackles, including 1.0 sacks, and one forced fumble during Sunday's 20-17 overtime win over New England.
Key made a pivotal play during the Titans' win Sunday. He sacked Drake Maye for a seven-yard loss early in the fourth quarter, stripping the ball in the process that was picked up by Jeffery Simmons. That eventually led to a six-yard touchdown pass from Mason Rudolph to Nick Westbrook-Ikhine five plays later to give the Titans a one-touchdown lead. All 4.0 of Key's sacks during the regular season have come over the Titans' last three games.

Titans' Arden Key: Logs two more sacks vs. Detroit
Key recorded six total tackles (three solo), including 2.0 sacks, in Sunday's 52-14 loss to the Lions.
The 28-year-old was one of three Titans to get after the quarterback in Sunday's blowout loss, taking down Jared Goff twice in the first quarter. Key has begun to heat up after a slow start to his 2024 campaign, having now recorded 17 total tackles, including 3.0 sacks, defended one pass and forced one fumble through Tennessee's first seven games. He's expected to continue starting opposite Harold Landry as part of the Titans' top edge-rushing duo for the remainder of the season.
