Texans' Henry To'oTo'o: Returns to practice
To'oTo'o (concussion) logged a limited practice Wednesday.
To'oTo'o is still working his way through the league's five-step concussion protocols, but his ability to get on the field in any capacity Wednesday is a good sign of his recovery. He'll still likely need to log a full practice either Thursday or Friday, and receive clearance from an independent neurologist before he gets the green light to suit up Sunday against the Colts.

To'oTo'o (concussion) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Packers.
To'oTo'o didn't practice all week after sustaining a concussion in the Texans' Week 6 win over the Patriots, so it's no surprise he won't suit up Sunday. Expect Del'Shawn Phillips and Neville Hewitt to serve as the Texans' top outside linebackers with both To'oTo'o and Azeez Al-Shaair (knee) sidelined in Week 7.

To'oTo'o (concussion) was a non-participant in practices Wednesday and Thursday.
It's looking like To'oTo'o, who leads Houston with 46 tackles, will miss this weekend's game against the Packers. If To'oTo'o is unable to perform Week 7, the Texans are likely to replace him with Jake Hansen or Del'Shawn Phillips (hip), according to Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston.

To'oTo'o is in concussion protocol following Sunday's 41-21 win at New England, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
It's not totally clear when To'oTo'o suffered a concussion, but his availability for Week 7 is now up in the air regardless. The Texans' first official practice report of the week Wednesday should shed some more light on his status.

To'oTo'o recorded seven total tackles (four solo) in Sunday's 24-20 win over the Jaguars.
To'oTo'o has now led the Texans in tackles in three of the team's four games this season, bringing his season total up to 32 tackles. The second-year linebacker has also accumulated 1.0 sacks and one pass defended in 2024. He's expected to continue making plays alongside Azeez Al-Shaair as part of one of the best linebacker tandems in the NFL as the year progresses.

To'oTo'o tallied 13 tackles (nine solo), including 1.0 sacks, in Sunday's 19-13 win over Chicago.
To'oTo'o led the Texans in tackling for the second straight game Sunday, and he recorded his first career sack in the process. To'oTo'o saw his playing time on defense diminish in the second half of the 2023 regular season, but has earned a starting spot in the Texans' linebacker corps alongside Jake Hansen and Azeez Al-Shaair. To'oTo'o has 20 tackles to start the season, which ranks tied for ninth in the NFL.

To'oTo'o, a fifth-round draft pick out of Alabama, started from Week 2 to Week 7 and played in both of Houston's playoff games during his rookie season. The Texans lost two linebackers to free agency -- Blake Cashman and Denzel Perryman -- which leaves To'oTo'o as a projected starter for 2024.

To'oTo'o (concussion) has no injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
The rookie linebacker out of Alabama missed the Texans' previous two games with a concussion, but he was able to log a full week of practice and is now in line to play in Sunday's divisional matchup. To'oTo'o has earned more playing time as the season has progressed, appearing in eight games and recording 53 total tackles, including one tackle for loss and one forced fumble.
