GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (AP) Sebastian Thomas scored 17 points and his 3-pointer with 28 seconds left served as the game winner and Albany beat Army 62-59 on Tuesday night.

Josh Scovens and Blake Barker missed 3-point attempts in the final seconds attempting to tie it.

Thomas shot 6 for 16 (2 for 6 from 3-point range) and 3 of 5 from the free throw line for the Great Danes (2-3). Amar'e Marshall added 16 points while going 6 of 12 from the floor, including 1 for 3 from 3-point range, and 3 for 3 from the line with eight rebounds. Aaron Reddish had 16 points and shot 5 for 8 (3 for 4 from 3-point range) and 3 of 4 from the free throw line.

Scovens led the Black Knights (0-5) with 11 points and two blocked shots.
