Blackhawks' Tyler Bertuzzi: Finds twine again in defeat
Rotowire
Bertuzzi scored one goal on two shots in Sunday's 6-2 loss to the Rangers.
Bertuzzi potted his 14th goal of the campaign to open the scoring in the first period of Sunday's loss. In addition, the 29-year-old logged one blocked shot, one hit, two takeaways and a minus-1 rating in 18:11 of ice time. Bertuzzi has scored in three straight games, and he's been a consistent contributor recently with six goals and two helpers over his last eight games. Overall, the Ontario native leads Chicago with 14 goals, and he's accounted for 21 points and a minus-20 rating through 40 appearances in 2024-25.
Bertuzzi scored a power-play goal in Friday's 4-2 win over the Canadiens.
Bertuzzi found the twine on the power play for the second game in a row, and the 29-year-old continues to produce as a key member of the first line for Chicago. He's scored five goals over his last six games, with three coming with the man advantage. Bertuzzi has 13 goals and seven assists across 39 appearances this season. He is on pace to crack the 40-point plateau for a second straight campaign.

Blackhawks' Tyler Bertuzzi: Six points in last six games
Rotowire
Bertuzzi notched a power-play goal in Tuesday's 6-2 Winter Classic loss to the Blues.
Bertuzzi is starting to warm up with six points, including four goals, and 31 PIM in his last six games. The Hawks were hoping for more overall from Bertuzzi, who they inked to a four-year, $22 million deal in the offseason. However, he has just 19 points (12 goals, seven assists) in 38 games, and he hasn't shown much chemistry with Connor Bedard. Bertuzzi has a 12-team no-trade clause this season, so it remains to be seen if a hot streak gets some interest from playoff-bound teams with deep enough pockets to take on the rest of his deal.

Blackhawks' Tyler Bertuzzi: Scores in loss to Buffalo
Rotowire
Bertuzzi scored a goal and took three shots in Friday's 6-2 loss to the Sabres.
Bertuzzi has found the back of the net three times over his last three appearances and has five points over his last four, so the 29-year-old is ending the calendar year on a strong note. This was his 11th goal of the season, and Bertuzzi is on a good pace to post back-to-back campaigns with at least 20 goals, something he's achieved just once over his 10-year career.

Blackhawks' Tyler Bertuzzi: Lights lamp twice in Calgary
Rotowire
Bertuzzi scored two goals, one on the power play, added an assist and racked up 14 PIM in Saturday's 6-4 loss to the Flames.
Both goals came in the third period as Chicago tried to mount a comeback from a 5-1 deficit. Bertuzzi saw more ice time at even strength Saturday than any Chicago forward other than Connor Bedard, and a return to the top line has sparked Bertuzzi's offense. Over the last seven games, Bertuzzi has five goals -- half his total on the season -- and seven points.

Bertuzzi produced an assist, two shots on goal and two hits in Thursday's 3-1 win over the Kraken.
Bertuzzi ended a three-game slump with the helper, his first assist in the month of December. He's added three goals over 10 contests this month. The 29-year-old winger has struggled to find consistency in a depth role for the Blackhawks, contributing 14 points, 52 shots on net, 30 hits and a minus-13 rating over 33 appearances.

Blackhawks' Tyler Bertuzzi: Lights lamp twice in loss
Rotowire
Bertuzzi scored two goals in Thursday's 5-4 loss to the Islanders.
With Chicago down 5-2 late in the third period, Bertuzzi tried to steal at least a point in the standings for his club with a pair of tallies in the final 70 seconds. The streaky winger has tickled twine in back-to-back games, but on the season he has just eight goals and 13 points in 29 contests. However, he's skating on Chicago's top power-play unit, and with Connor Bedard heating up, Bertuzzi could be headed for a surge of his own.

Blackhawks' Tyler Bertuzzi: Opens scoring Monday
Rotowire
Bertuzzi scored a goal on five shots and added two PIM in Monday's 2-1 win over the Rangers.
The goal was Bertuzzi's first since Nov. 7 against the Stars. In between tallies, he had a pair of four-game point droughts and one four-game stretch that saw him rack up four helpers. Inconsistency has been the theme for those Blackhawks forwards who get stuck in depth roles, and that's fit Bertuzzi for much of the campaign. He's at six goals, 11 points, 43 shots on net, 22 hits, eight PIM and a minus-13 rating over 28 appearances.

Blackhawks' Tyler Bertuzzi: Two assists in win over Dallas
Rotowire
Bertuzzi recorded two assists, including one on the power play, in Wednesday's 6-2 win over the Stars.
The 29-year-old winger set up two goals in the second period, courtesy of Connor Bedard and Teuvo Teravainen, over a span of two minutes and 25 seconds to rack up three helpers over his last three appearances. The lack of consistency has been the biggest knock on Bertuzzi this season, as he has gone seven straight games without scoring while failing to crack the scoresheet altogether in six of his last 10 contests.
Bertuzzi logged a power-play assist and two hits in Thursday's 3-1 win over the Panthers.
Bertuzzi ended a four-game point drought by setting up a Teuvo Teravainen tally in the first period. The 29-year-old Bertuzzi has been slipping in the lineup lately, but he was back on the second line for this one while Philipp Kurashev served as a healthy scratch. Bertuzzi is now at five goals, two assists, 34 shots on net, 15 hits and a minus-8 rating over 20 contests.

Blackhawks' Tyler Bertuzzi: Nets lone goal on power play
Rotowire
Bertuzzi scored a power-play goal on three shots in Thursday's 3-1 loss to the Stars.
Bertuzzi's tally at 9:00 of the third period broke up Jake Oettinger's shutout bid, but the Blackhawks didn't find an equalizer. Three of Bertuzzi's five goals this season have come on the power play. The winger has four points over his last five outings, and he's at a total of six points, 32 shots on net, 13 hits and a minus-5 rating through 15 contests overall.

Bertuzzi has scored in back-to-back games for the first time this season, and his tally Saturday was a clutch one. He tied the game at 3-3 with 31 seconds left in the third period, setting the stage for the Blackhawks to finish off the comeback win in the shootout. Bertuzzi is up to four goals, 25 shots on net, nine hits and a minus-4 rating through 12 outings this season, playing mainly in a middle-six role with power-play time.

Blackhawks' Tyler Bertuzzi: Finds twine in loss
Rotowire
Bertuzzi scored a goal on two shots in Thursday's 3-2 loss to the Sharks.
Bertuzzi ended a three-game dry spell with his first-period tally. The winger hasn't found much consistency in a middle-six role yet -- this was his first even-strength point of the season. Bertuzzi has three goals, 24 shots on net, eight hits, four PIM and a minus-5 rating through 11 outings overall. Until he can put up offense more regularly, he likely doesn't need to be rostered in most fantasy formats.

Blackhawks' Tyler Bertuzzi: Nets goal Tuesday
Rotowire
Bertuzzi netted a goal on the power play in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Canucks.
In addition to scoring his second goal of the season, Bertuzzi logged five shots, two blocks, one hit and a plus-1 rating in 14:51 of ice time. The left-shot winger has scored twice in his last three appearances, but he's yet to register an assist this season. The 29-year-old is filling a top-six role and skating with the top power-play group, but the possibility of Bertuzzi producing offense consistently could take time as he adjusts to his new club.
Bertuzzi scored a power-play goal in Thursday's 4-2 win over the Sharks.
Bertuzzi gave the Blackhawks a 2-0 lead late in the first period with his first goal and point for the team. The winger signed a four-year contract in July, but he'd gotten off to a slow start while playing on the second line and first power-play unit. Bertuzzi has added eight shots on net, four hits and a minus-2 rating through five appearances. The Blackhawks have an abundance of left-shot wingers, which has forced Bertuzzi onto his off side -- that could at least partly explain his slow start to the campaign.
Bertuzzi agreed to terms on a four-year, $22 million contract with Chicago on Monday, David Pagnotta of The Fourth Period reports.
Bertuzzi was reportedly interested in staying with the Maple Leafs, but the club was priced out by this deal from the Blackhawks. The 29-year-old Ontario native is coming off a bounce-back 2023-24 campaign that saw him get back over the 20-goal and 40-point thresholds. Bertuzzi figures to slot into a top-six role for Chicago and could even push to play with Calder Trophy winner Connor Bedard on the top line. That assignment would certainly bolster Bertuzzi's fantasy outlook heading into next season, as could a larger power-play role after he was limited to second-unit duties in Toronto.

Maple Leafs' Tyler Bertuzzi: Notches assist in Game 2 win
Rotowire
Bertuzzi emerged with a power-play assist in Monday's 3-2 win over the Bruins for Game 2 of the conference quarterfinals.
Bertuzzi, who was with Boston this time last year, nearly had a two-point night, but what initially appeared to be a power-play tally from the winger ended up getting overturned since he knocked the puck with a high stick during the play. Still, in a matter of minutes, he found John Tavares with a primary apple on the man advantage for the game-tying goal. Bertuzzi's fiery playing style works well in a playoff setting, but it will be important for him to stay aggressive without losing his cool and getting whistled for costly penalties.

Maple Leafs' Tyler Bertuzzi: Thriving with Auston Matthews
Rotowire
Bertuzzi had two goals and an assist in a 5-2 win over New Jersey on Tuesday.
Bert has been a bit of a revelation beside Auston Matthews and Max Domi on the top unit. The trio has allowed the Leafs to play its stars across three lines instead of top-loading the lineup. Bertuzzi has 42 points, including 21 goals. This is the fourth season he's topped the 20-goal milestone.
