  • Patriots' Jalen Reagor: Staying with New England

Reagor is set to re-sign with the Patriots on Wednesday, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reports. The wide receiver recorded seven catches for 138 yards and no touchdowns for New England in 11 games last season. Reagor has 15 catches for 242 yards and one touchdown over the last two campaigns.

  • Patriots' Jalen Reagor: Limited role in 2023

Reagor finished the 2023 season with seven catches on 23 targets for 138 yards and one carry for 17 yards in 11 games for the Patriots. Over his past two seasons, Reagor combined for just 15 catches after hauling in 64 passes over his first two years as a pro with the Eagles. The 2020 first-rounder is slated to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason, and it remains to be seen whether he stays on with New England as a depth wideout/returner or catches on elsewhere.

  • Patriots' Jalen Reagor: Notches return TD versus Bills

Reagor caught one of his three targets for 39 yards in Sunday's 27-21 loss to the Bills. Per Mike Reiss of ESPN.com, Reagor was on the field for 36 of a possible 53 snaps on offense in the game, but it was on one of his six special teams snaps that the wideout made his biggest impact Sunday. Reagor got the Patriots off to a nice start by taking the opening kickoff 98 yards for a touchdown. Looking ahead to the team's regular-season finale, he's an option in only the deepest of fantasy formats. Through 10 games, the 2020 first-rounder has caught six of his 18 targets for 105 yards.

  • Patriots' Jalen Reagor: Two catches Sunday

Reagor logged 50 of 58 snaps on offense in Sunday's 26-23 win over the Broncos, catching both of his targets Sunday for 33 yards Reagor saw added work with JuJu Smith-Schuster (ankle) unavailable. With just five catches on 15 targets for 66 yards in nine games overall, however, Reagor remains off the fantasy radar ahead of New England's Dec. 31 contest against the Bills.

  • Patriots' Jalen Reagor: Back in action

Reagor is active for Sunday's game against the Chargers. With Demario Douglas (concussion) and Kayshon Boutte (shoulder/illness) unavailable versus Los Angeles, Reagor is back in the mix Sunday after being inactive in Week 12. In the process, he'll provide the Patriots with wideout depth behind DeVante Parker, JuJu Smith-Schuster and Tyquan Thornton. Through five games this season, Reagor has been limited to two catches on nine targets for 22 yards.

  • Patriots' Jalen Reagor: Inactive Sunday

Reagor (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Giants, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site/a> reports. With DeVante Parker back in action Sunday, Reagor is the odd man out in the Patriots' Week 12 WR corps. Also in the mix versus the Giants are Demario Douglas, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Kayshon Boutte and Tyquan Thornton.

  • Patriots' Jalen Reagor: One snap on offense Sunday

Reagor logged just one of a possible 69 snaps on offense in Sunday's 10-6 loss to the Colts, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports. Reagor, who was on the field for 49 of a possible 64 snaps in the Patriots' Week 9 loss to the Commanders, saw his time plummet Sunday, with Demario Douglas, JuJu Smith-Schuster and Kayshon Boutte handling the bulk of the team's wideout duties. As the Patriots head into their Week 11 bye, Reagor is firmly off the fantasy radar.

  • Patriots' Jalen Reagor: One catch Sunday

Reagor was on the field for 49 of a possible 64 snaps on offense in Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Commanders, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports. With Kendrick Bourne (knee) on IR and DeVante Parker out with a concussion, Reagor saw his most substantial workload of the season Week 9, though he ended up catching just one of his six targets for 11 yards. Even if Parker is able to return to action this weekend against the Colts, Reagor will remain a speculative option in Week 10 fantasy lineups.

  • Patriots' Jalen Reagor: Could have top-three role Sunday

Reagor could find himself in a top-three role at receiver Week 9 against the Commanders if DeVante Parker isn't able to clear the NFL's concussion protocol ahead of Sunday's game, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports. In the aftermath of Sunday's 31-17 loss to the Dolphins, Reagor has already moved up one spot on the depth chart with Kendrick Bourne (knee) having sustained a season-ending ACL tear. Parker also exited the Week 8 contest early, paving the way for Reagor to play a season-high 30 snaps on offense (59 percent share). Reagor failed to haul in either of his two targets, however, and though he could continue to take on a sizable snap share Week 9, he may not generate many looks from quarterback Mac Jones while operating mostly as a downfield decoy. Demario Douglas and JuJu Smith-Schuster are better bets for target volume among the New England receivers while both typically work in the short-to-intermediate areas of the field.

  • Patriots' Jalen Reagor: Promoted to New England's roster

The Patriots signed Reagor off their practice squad Thursday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Reagor caught his only target for 11 yards versus Buffalo in Week 7, playing 25 snaps on offense. Now that he'll get a more permanent spot on the 53-man roster, Reagor should settle into a regular depth role at receiver for New England. The 2020 first-round pick likely won't have much room to see his role expand while all of Kendrick Bourne, DeVante Parker, JuJu Smith-Schuster and Demario Douglas are available.

  • Patriots' Jalen Reagor: Moved up from practice squad

The Patriots elevated Reagor from the practice squad Saturday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports. The move comes with JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion) and Demario Douglas (concussion) both ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Raiders. Reagor was called up for Week 2 against the Dolphins but didn't end up seeing any snaps in the game.

  • Jalen Reagor: Goes back to practice squad

Reagor reverted to New England's practice squad Monday. Reagor did not suit up despite joining the active roster for Week 2, so he's still looking for his first game action in 2023. Barring multiple injuries to the Patriots' wide receiver room, his chances of drawing consistent playing time this season are slim.

  • Jalen Reagor: Joining New England practice squad

Reagor is slated to join the Patriots' practice squad, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Reagor, who cleared waivers after being let go by the Vikings, will give the Patriots some added depth at wideout, with the team having placed Tyquan Thornton (shoulder) on injured reserve Thursday. Per Schefter, Reagor is a candidate to be elevated to New England's active roster ahead of a Week 1 tilt against the Eagles, the team that took him 21st overall in the 2020 NFL Draft.

  • Jalen Reagor: Gets cut by Minnesota

Minnesota will waive Reagor on Wednesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Reagor made it through the first day of roster cuts, but he'll now be sent to waivers despite having logged a relatively impressive finish to the preseason. The transaction's largest impact is that it leaves Brandon Powell as the Vikings' clear top punt returner, with Jalen Nailor (leg) also set to be an option when healthy. Reagor seems like a strong candidate to land on Minnesota's practice squad, assuming he goes unclaimed on waivers.

  • Vikings' Jalen Reagor: Option not picked up by Minnesota

The Vikings have declined Reagor's fifth-year option for 2024, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports. This was a no-brainer for GM Kwesi Adofo-Mensah. Famously picked one spot ahead of Justin Jefferson at 21st overall by the Eagles in 2020, Reagor has been a major bust and is now teammates with Jefferson in Minnesota. In his first season with the Vikings last year, Reagor turned 13 targets into eight catches for 104 yards and one touchdown while serving as a return man. He won't be guaranteed a roster spot headed into 2023.

  • Vikings' Jalen Reagor: No catches on two targets

Reagor didn't have a reception on two targets and had one carry for a five-yard loss in Saturday's overtime win over Indianapolis. He had three punt returns for 13 yards. Both of Reagor's targets turned into interceptions as he may have run routes incorrectly that led to turnovers. He's mostly been used on gadget plays when on offense, so Saturday's performance in the passing game may not bode well for more playing time if injuries strike the receiving corps. Reagor is still the team's primary punt returner.

  • Vikings' Jalen Reagor: Catches first TD with Vikings

Reagor had a one-yard touchdown reception on his only target in Sunday's win over Chicago. Reagor played just three snaps on offense, so don't read too much into his touchdown on a shovel pass. He looks set to have a limited role on offense, including some gadget plays, unless another receiver gets hurt. He's primarily working as a punt returner.

  • Vikings' Jalen Reagor: Plays 10 snaps on offense

Reagor had one reception for seven yards on two targets and one rushing attempt for 17 yards in Monday's loss at Philadelphia. He also returned two punts for an average of 2.5 yards. Reagor played 10 snaps on offense after playing just special teams in the season opener. He's the Vikings' fourth wide receiver, so he's not likely to get much more of a workload without another wideout getting hurt. However, his usage shows the coaching staff may have more of a role in the offense in mind than first thought after his trade from the Eagles late in the preseason.

  • Vikings' Jalen Reagor: Works just as punt returner

Reagor returned one punt for seven yards in Sunday's win over Green Bay. He played all of his four snaps on special teams. Reagor didn't play on offense, as he's serving just as Minnesota's punt returner after his preseason trade from Philadelphia. He may not factor in the passing game unless on the team's top three receivers gets hurt.

  • Vikings' Jalen Reagor: Traded to Minnesota

The Eagles traded Reagor to the Vikings on Wednesday in exchange for a 2023 seventh-round pick and a 2024 fourth- or fifth-round pick, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Schefter reports that the 2024 draft pick "de-escalates" to a fifth rounder if Reagor doesn't meet certain statistical markers. He'll likely start off as a depth receiver and return man in Minnesota, where the top portion of the depth chart is in good hands with Justin Jefferson, Adam Thielen and K.J. Osborn. Minnesota is nonetheless a decent landing spot for the disappointing 2020 first-round pick, especially after the Vikings waived Ihmir Smith-Marsette on Wednesday. Eagles fans won't soon forget that Reagor was drafted one pick before Jefferson in 2020.
